Subject: A Letter of Thanks

Hi Nino,

I would like to start this letter by firstly saying “Thankyou” for the outstanding workmanship used in the rebuilding of our apartment.

But, of course, it doesn’t stop just at the end product.

From the first discussions with Nino Projects, we could see he had the attention to detail that was required on all building areas, but especially in apartment renovating.

The Body Corporate of our large apartment complex was so impressed with his ease of compliance to all their requirements and his open communication, that he set a benchmark for all future building and renovating projects.

We did not engage an architect to draw a design concept for our renovation which was a “Big Call”, as the apartment is of considerable proportions and a total demolition was needed to lift it to a new level. However, Nino’s exceptional design flair and his ability to think outside the normal realm of a building renovation,made for an exciting time and a rewarding experience.

His calm approach to every aspect the build is something that all could aspire to.

Also, his readiness to help out when I have asked advice on aspects of the renovation that are not necessarily directly related to his building areas, is exceptional….even after four or so years have passed.

The apartment itself is a testament to his talent and expertise.
